About Project Specialist
Government of KPK is hiring for the post of Project Specialist in Peshawar.
The Project Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assigned infrastructure and revitalization projects within the PCMU, under a contract-based appointment.
- Prepare and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned infrastructure and revitalization projects.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestone tracking frameworks for executing agencies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks early and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports and briefs for the Director PCMU.
Requirements for Project Specialist
Applicants for Project Specialist must hold a Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Education: Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience: At least 7 years' relevant professional experience in project management, supervision, or implementation of public-sector development/infrastructure projects.
- Preferred Experience: Multi-sectoral/multi-agency development projects, project planning and implementation, progress monitoring, reporting, risk management and coordination with government departments, executing agencies, consultants and contractors.

- Candidates are not required to submit hard copies of their documents at the time of application. After applying online, don’t send documents to the ETEA office. Copies of test documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test and are called for interview by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
