The Daanish Schools Authority is recruiting for both Principal and various teaching positions. The number of posts for teachers is 4 per school (2 Male / 2 Female), while for Principals, there are 5 positions (one for each school).

Eligibility and Qualifications

1. Principal

Applicants for the Principal position must possess a Master’s degree with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution, securing at least a 2nd Division. A minimum of seventeen (17) years of experience as a Principal or senior faculty member in a reputable institution is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and managerial capabilities, in-depth knowledge of school administration, and proficiency in English communication.

• Education: Minimum 16 years’ education, Master’s degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 17 years’ experience as a Principal or senior faculty member, preferably in a reputable institution.
• Skills: Strong leadership, managerial capabilities, in-depth knowledge of school administration (including holistic grooming and personality development), proficiency in managing key operational functions (curriculum development, hiring teachers, ancillary duties), and proficiency in English communication.
• Age Limit: Up to 63 years.
• Pay Scale: BS-20 equivalent pay package + one (01) extra basic pay per month.

2. Mathematics Teacher

Candidates for Mathematics Teacher roles should have 16 years of education, holding a Master’s, BS, BSc (Hons), or BA (Hons) degree in Mathematics with a minimum 2nd Division or a CGPA of 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00 from an HEC-recognized institution. An M.Ed./B.Ed. degree will be considered an advantage, and good English communication skills are essential.

• Education: 16 years’ education [Master’s / BS / BSc (Hons) / BA (Hons)] in Mathematics, minimum 2nd Division; where CGPA is prescribed, minimum 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00, from an HEC-recognized institution. M.Ed./B.Ed. will be given due advantage.

3. English Teacher

Applicants for English Teacher positions must have 16 years of education, with a Master’s, BS, BSc (Hons), or BA (Hons) degree in English Language / Literature / TEFL / TEIL / TESOL, achieving a minimum 2nd Division or a CGPA of 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00 from an HEC-recognized institution. M.Ed./B.Ed. will be an added advantage. Sound knowledge of English grammar and composition, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required.

4. Urdu Teacher
