About Field Engineer (Civil)
Government of KPK is hiring for the post of Field Engineer (Civil) in Peshawar.
The Field Engineer (Civil) will conduct rigorous on-site inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards for civil infrastructure projects.
- Perform rigorous on-site inspections of civil infrastructure projects to verify reported progress.
- Audit quality compliance against approved technical specifications and engineering designs.
- Report deviations in material quality, construction practices, or safety standards.
- Provide real-time data inputs from the field directly into the central reporting system.
Requirements for Field Engineer (Civil)
Applicants for Field Engineer (Civil) must hold a B.E./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Education: B.E./B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized and PEC-accredited university/institution. Valid PEC registration is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in field supervision, execution or monitoring of civil works.
- Preferred Experience: In infrastructure/development projects, site inspection, quality control, measurement/verification, contractor supervision, drawings/specifications, progress monitoring and reporting, and in roads, bridges, underpasses, drainage and urban infrastructure.

- Candidates are not required to submit hard copies of their documents at the time of application. After applying online, don’t send documents to the ETEA office. Copies of test documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test and are called for interview by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
