Important Dates and Information

  • Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
  • Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
  • No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
  • Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
  • Appointment will be purely on a fixed pay basis initially for 6 months or till the completion of the Project/winding up of the PCMU, whichever is earlier.
  • Lump sum pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
  • Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
  • Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
  • Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
  • The candidates working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
  • Competent authority reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any applications or the recruitment process.
  • Unclaimed qualification/experience will not be accepted.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
  • In case of foreign degree, equivalency certificates from HEC must be provided.
  • Application of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not only be rejected but would also be processed under the relevant rules.
  • Recruitment process shall be governed by the latest provisions of the project policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • Errors/omission are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the desired posts online.
  2. Create a profile on the ETEA’s website. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having a token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
  3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through One Link.
  4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having a bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  5. Candidates are not required to submit hard copies of their documents at the time of application. After applying online, don’t send documents to the ETEA office. Copies of test documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test and are called for interview by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.
  6. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
  7. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
