About Development Specialist
Government of KPK is hiring for the post of Development Specialist in Peshawar.
The Development Specialist will coordinate the implementation and refinement of the integrated Master Action Plan, serving as a key liaison and evaluator for development initiatives within the PCMU.
- Coordinate the roll-out and periodic refinement of the integrated Master Action Plan.
- Act as the technical liaison with Focal Persons from Provincial Line Departments to align policy and execution.
- Evaluate the socio-economic impact of revitalization initiatives and ensure sustainable development practices.
- Analyze institutional frameworks to streamline multi-agency cooperation.
Requirements for Development Specialist
Applicants for Development Specialist must hold a Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Education: Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Urban/Regional Planning, Engineering, Project Management from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience: At least 7 years' relevant professional experience in development planning, project formulation, appraisal, implementation, monitoring or coordination.
- Preferred Experience: Public-sector development projects/programmes.

- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through One Link.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having a bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- Candidates are not required to submit hard copies of their documents at the time of application. After applying online, don’t send documents to the ETEA office. Copies of test documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test and are called for interview by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
