About Corporal (BS-07)

Gilgit Baltistan Police is hiring for the post of Corporal (BS-07) (457 posts) in Gilgit.

The Corporal (BS-07) will serve in the Anti-Terrorism Unit (CTU) of the Gilgit Baltistan Police. This role involves duties specific to counter-terrorism operations and maintaining law and order within the region. The recruitment is based on open merit, with specific quotas for male, female, minorities, and ex-servicemen.

Ex-servicemen will be appointed on a 5-year contract basis for newly created positions, which are non-extendable. Selected candidates will be assigned to the Anti-Terrorism Unit only and will not be eligible for transfer to other units or districts.

Candidates must be medically fit; any severe chronic/infectious disease, physical/visual impairment, or condition hindering operational duty will lead to disqualification.

Eligibility and requirements
