Eligibility and Qualifications

  • Selected candidates will be liable to serve at the DSA Secretariat, PIU, regional/project offices, or any Daanish School establishment anywhere in Pakistan, according to organizational requirements.
  • The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, withhold appointment against any advertised post, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

  1. Interested candidates must apply ONLINE ONLY by registering themselves on the official ETC/HEC portal: http://etc.hec.gov.pk .
  2. The registration process must be completed by pressing the ‘SUBMIT’ button for the online application before 4:00 PM on the registration closing date.
  3. No hard-copy applications will be accepted unless specifically required by ETC/HEC.
  4. Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 1,200/- through the 1Link/Bill Invoice Payment Service. After depositing the fee, candidates must click on ‘Verify Online Payment’ on the ETC Dashboard. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the ETC/HEC portal and the Ministry/Daanish Schools Authority website for roll-number slips, test schedules, results, interview notices, and other announcements.
  6. Serving Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body employees must apply through the proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time prescribed by the recruiting authority.
  7. Candidates must ensure their personal details, including name, CNIC number, and cell number, are correct before submitting the application, as any difference between CNIC and application data will result in disqualification from the test.
  8. Candidates who have registered or applied using the CNIC of their parents, siblings, relatives, or any other individual will not be permitted to sit in the test.
  9. Only submitted applications will be considered. Applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.
