Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Sanitary Worker / Cleaner positions must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be residents and domicile holders of the concerned district (Gujranwala).
• Candidates must be medically and physically fit for the job.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in hospital cleaning and sanitation.
• No specific educational qualification is mentioned in the advertisement.

Important Instructions

• The recruitment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not grant any right for permanent appointment or employment. These positions are not against any sanctioned post.
• Selection will be made strictly on merit, according to the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• Candidates must bring their original CNIC, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
• The competent selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be appointed to the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will be bound to perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be false or fake, the candidate’s application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid only through cheque or bank account at the rate prescribed by the government and approved method.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties assigned by the administration as per the hospital’s cleanliness and needs.
• Selected candidates must register their daily attendance through the hospital’s biometric system.
• Salary payment will be linked solely to the biometric system. Absence without biometric registration will be considered unauthorized absence, and continuous two days of absence will result in dismissal from service.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
