About Deputy Manager Training & CPD
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of Deputy Manager Training & CPD (1 post).
The Deputy Manager Training & CPD will assist in the implementation, supervision, analysis, and coordination of training programs for the DAANISH SCHOOLS AUTHORITY Secretariat.
- Support the implementation and supervision of training programs.
- Conduct analysis and reporting on training initiatives.
- Coordinate various training and professional development activities.
Requirements for Deputy Manager Training & CPD
Applicants for Deputy Manager Training & CPD must hold a minimum of 16 years' education in Education or related fields with proven experience in training program implementation and coordination.
- Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Education, Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, Human Resource Development or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution; MS/MPhil shall be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' post-qualification relevant experience, with at least 3 years of proven experience in training program implementation, supervision, analysis, reporting, and coordination.
