About Manager HR
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of Manager HR (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Manager HR will be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development for the DAANISH SCHOOLS AUTHORITY Secretariat.
- Oversee recruitment and HR operations.
- Manage performance and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and service/establishment matters.
Requirements for Manager HR
Applicants for Manager HR must hold a minimum of 16 years' education in Human Resource Management or related fields with extensive experience in HR operations and policy.
- Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' post-qualification relevant experience, with at least 5 years proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and service/establishment matters.
