Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following requirements:

• Domicile: Applicants must be residents and domicile holders of District Sargodha.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit for the job.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in cleaning and sanitation work, especially in a hospital environment.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• These appointments are purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not grant any right to permanent employment or regularization.
• Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit, following the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• Candidates must bring their original documents (CNIC, educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates) at the time of the interview.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted at the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will be required to perform assigned duties.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided by the candidate is found to be false or fake at any stage, the application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Salaries will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and approved payment methods (cheque or bank account).
• Selected staff will be responsible for maintaining hospital cleanliness as per administrative requirements.
• Selected candidates must register their daily attendance on the hospital’s biometric system.
• Salary payments will only be processed through the biometric system. Absence without biometric registration will be considered unauthorized, and continuous two-day absence will lead to termination.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the employee may be terminated without prior notice.
