About Director Monitoring & Evaluation
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of Director Monitoring & Evaluation (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Director Monitoring & Evaluation will lead the M&E activities, including developing results frameworks, tracking KPIs, and conducting field monitoring and evaluations for public/development programs/projects within the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
- Conduct field monitoring and evaluations.
Requirements for Director Monitoring & Evaluation
Applicants for Director Monitoring & Evaluation must hold a minimum of 16 years' education in a relevant field with extensive experience in M&E of public/development programs.
- Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Project Management, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in M&E, with at least 5 years of proven experience in results frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, field monitoring, and evaluation of public/development programs/projects.
