About Quantity Surveyor
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of Quantity Surveyor (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQs, measurements, and contract administration for projects within the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
- Perform cost estimation and rate analysis.
- Prepare BOQs and manage measurements and IPCs.
- Administer contracts and handle variations.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
Applicants for Quantity Surveyor must hold a minimum of 16 years' education in Quantity Surveying or related fields with proven experience in cost estimation and contract administration.
- Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant proven experience in cost estimation, BOQs, measurements, IPCs, variations, rate analysis, and contract administration.
