About Director Procurement & Contracts
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of Director Procurement & Contracts (1 post).
The Director Procurement & Contracts will manage all procurement and contract-related activities for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
- Oversee public procurement processes, including tendering and bid evaluation.
- Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with the PPRA framework.
- Provide leadership in supply chain management.
Requirements for Director Procurement & Contracts
Applicants for Director Procurement & Contracts must hold a minimum of 16 years' education in a relevant field with extensive experience in public procurement and contract administration.
- Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Civil Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years proven experience in public procurement, tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, and PPRA framework.
- Certification: Professional certification shall be preferred.
