About Director Legal
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of Director Legal (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Director Legal will provide legal counsel, manage contracts, handle litigation, and ensure regulatory compliance for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
- Provide legal advice on public-sector law, contracts, and procurement.
- Manage litigation and regulatory compliance.
- Draft legal documents and ensure adherence to statutory/corporate bodies.
Requirements for Director Legal
Applicants for Director Legal must hold an LLB/LLM degree with extensive professional experience in public-sector law and regulatory compliance.
- Education: Minimum LLB/LLM or equivalent law degree recognized by HEC/Pakistan Bar Council.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of proven experience involving public-sector law, contracts, procurement, statutory/corporate bodies, litigation, drafting, and regulatory compliance.
