About Manager Training & CPD
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of Manager Training & CPD (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Manager Training & CPD will lead the assessment, design, and implementation of training programs, including continuing professional development, for the DAANISH SCHOOLS AUTHORITY Secretariat.
- Conduct training-needs assessments and instructional design.
- Organize and deliver teacher training and professional development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Requirements for Manager Training & CPD
Applicants for Manager Training & CPD must hold at least 16 years' education in Education or related fields with extensive experience in training-needs assessment and program evaluation.
- Education: At least 16 years' education in Education, Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, Human Resource Development or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution; MS/MPhil shall be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' post-qualification relevant experience, with at least 5 years of proven experience in training-needs based assessment, instructional design, teacher training, continuing professional development, and evaluation of training programmes.
