• Wages/remuneration will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and approved method, only through cross-check or bank account.
• Selected candidates are required to register on the hospital’s biometric system for daily attendance.
• Salary payment is linked to the biometric system; absence without biometric attendance will be considered unauthorized.
• Continuous absence for two days without biometric attendance will result in termination of employment.
• Any complaints or unsatisfactory performance may also lead to termination of employment without prior notice.
