Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following requirements:

• Domicile: Must be a resident/domicile holder of District Gujrat.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in cleaning and sanitation work within a hospital environment.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The recruitment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not grant any right to permanent employment or regularization.
• Appointments will be made strictly on merit as per the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Any false information or forged documents provided by the candidate will lead to the cancellation of their application/appointment.
• Salaries will be paid as per the government’s prescribed rates and through approved payment methods (cross-cheque or bank account).
• Selected candidates will be required to perform duties as assigned by the administration based on hospital needs and cleanliness requirements.
• Attendance will be marked daily via the biometric system. Salary payments will be linked to biometric attendance. Continuous absence for two days without biometric attendance will result in termination of service.
• In case of unsatisfactory performance or any complaint, the employee may be terminated without prior notice.
