Important Instructions

• The recruitment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right for permanent appointment or employment. These positions are not against any sanctioned posts.
• Recruitment will be done strictly on merit according to the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• Candidates must present their original CNIC, educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will be bound to perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be false or fake, the candidate’s application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid only through cross-cheque or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved payment method.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties related to hospital cleanliness as per the needs and instructions of the administration.
• Selected candidates must register their daily attendance through the hospital’s biometric system.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system; without it, absence will be considered, and continuous absence for two days will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without prior notice.
