Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following requirements:

• Candidates must be residents and domicile holders of District Multan.
• Applicants must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital cleaning.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The recruitment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and does not grant any right to permanent employment.
• Recruitment will be strictly on merit, following the prevailing policies and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• The competent selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make final decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and must perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview or selection process.
• Providing false information or submitting forged documents at any stage will lead to the cancellation of the application or termination of employment.
• Salary and remuneration will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and approved methods, via cross-check or bank account.
• Selected staff must comply with hospital cleanliness standards and other tasks assigned by the administration.
• Daily attendance must be marked through the hospital’s biometric system. Salary payment is linked to this system, and continuous absence for two days without biometric attendance will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the employee’s services may be terminated without prior notice.
