Important Instructions

• The recruitment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not confer any right to permanent employment or a sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be done on merit according to the prevailing policies and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will be bound to perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be false or fake, the candidate’s application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid through cross-check or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved method of payment.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties related to hospital cleanliness and other tasks assigned by the administration.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and ensure daily attendance.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system; absence without biometric registration will be considered absent, and continuous absence for two days will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be terminated from service without any prior notice.
