Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following criteria:

• Must be medically and physically fit for the duties.
• Candidates with experience in cleaning and sanitation work, particularly in a hospital setting, will be given preference.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions and Conditions

• The appointments are purely on a temporary basis for 89 days and do not guarantee permanent employment or appointment against a sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be strictly based on merit, following the prevailing policies and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make final decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in the interview or selection process.
• Selected candidates will be posted as per the hospital’s requirements and must perform assigned duties related to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Daily attendance will be mandatory via the hospital’s biometric system. Salary payments will be linked to this system. Continuous absence for two days without biometric attendance will lead to dismissal.
• Any false information or forged documents provided at any stage will result in the cancellation of the application or appointment.
• In case of unsatisfactory performance or any complaint, the employee may be dismissed without prior notice.
