Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each post, including educational qualifications, age limits, and physical standards where applicable. All applicants must possess a Balochistan Domicile/Local Certificate.

Age Relaxation Admissible

• General Age Relaxation: 05 years in the upper age limit for uniformed posts.
• Balochistan Candidates (BPS 15 and below, Non-Uniform Posts): 5 Years.
• Released/Retired Armed Forces Personnel: 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
• Government Servants and Contract Employees: 10 years, up to the age of 55 years, for those with 02 years continuous government service.
• Disabled Persons (BPS 15 and below): 10 Years.
• Widow, Son or Daughter of a Deceased Civil Servant: 05 Years.

Note: If a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category, they shall be allowed relaxation in age only in one category.

Domicile & Applicable Recruitment Quota

• Only candidates holding a Local Certificate/Domicile of Balochistan issued by competent authority are eligible.
• A quota of 10% for women and 5% for minority shall be observed.
• Where suitable eligible candidates are not available against these reserved quotas, the remaining vacancies may be filled on open merit from amongst eligible candidates of Balochistan.

General Instructions

• Age shall be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications.
• Government employees shall apply through proper channel and produce an NOC from their department at the time of interview.
• Recruitment for BPS-01 to BPS-15 will be done by walk-in-interview (No entry & written/skill test) with the help of newly established Employment Cells in the Districts of Balochistan.
• Original documents, including a valid driving license (Learner’s Driving License is not admissible), shall be checked at the time of interview, including provision of attested copies.
• At the time of final selection, candidates will undergo a comprehensive medical examination conducted by the authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government. Medically unfit candidates shall be disqualified.
• In case of fake, bogus, or non-verification of domicile certificate, the appointment letter will not be issued.
• Character and antecedents of selected candidates shall be verified. In case of any incorrect/false information or criminal record, selection shall stand withdrawn/cancelled immediately, besides legal proceedings.
• The candidates appointed against the post of Assistant (BS-15) and LDC (BS-11) shall have to qualify the mandatory prescribed IT Training course conducted by National Information Technology Board (NITB) before completion of the probation period.
• National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) reserves the rights to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel/withdraw the recruitment at any stage due to any unavoidable circumstances/force majeure.

• No TA/DA will be granted for the interview.
