About Planning Engineer
School Education Department Balochistan is hiring for the post of Planning Engineer (1 post) in All Over Balochistan.
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities for the PMHS Project.
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress across infrastructure, building, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct variance analysis and manage resource allocation.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) delay analysis and Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Primavera, BIM, and Navisworks for project management tasks.
Requirements for Planning Engineer
Applicants for Planning Engineer must hold a B.E/B.S in Civil/Construction Management Engineering with three to five years of professional experience in project planning and monitoring.
- Education: B.E/B.S in Civil/Construction Management Engineering or a related technical discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- Skills: Project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring (infrastructure, building, industrial sectors), handling integrated schedules, variance analysis, resource allocation. Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros), MS Project, Primavera, BIM / Visualization, Navisworks.
