Accounts Officer

The Accounts Officer will manage all financial operations, budgeting, and reporting for the PMHS Project, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Manage accounting, finance, and budgeting activities.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounts.
• Oversee financial management systems and ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in audit processes.

Applicants for Accounts Officer must hold a Master's degree (16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration (Finance) with three to five years of relevant experience.

• Education: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Qualifications: Additional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance of accounts.
• Sector Experience: Experience in a public-sector organization, government project, or reputable private-sector organization.
• Skills: Experience in financial management systems, preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, audit, and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations.
