About Assistant Program Officer
School Education Department Balochistan is hiring for the post of Assistant Program Officer (2 posts) in All Over Balochistan.
The Assistant Program Officer will assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various programs under the PMHS Project.
- Track project cycles from PC-I through PC-IV.
- Maintain project work plans and schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate field progress and review operational data.
- Facilitate communication between technical and administrative teams.
Requirements for Assistant Program Officer
Applicants for Assistant Program Officer must hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with 3 years of professional experience in program planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of professional experience in program planning, implementation, and monitoring, preferably within public sector or development projects.
- Skills: Tracking PC-I through PC-IV, maintaining project work plans and schedules using MS Project or Primavera, coordinating field progress, reviewing operational data, facilitating communication between technical teams and administrative units.
- Other: Prior work experience and familiarity with development initiatives in Balochistan are an added advantage.
