About Monitoring Assistant
School Education Department Balochistan is hiring for the post of Monitoring Assistant (2 posts) in All Over Balochistan.
The Monitoring Assistant will conduct field visits, collect data, and assist in tracking the progress of the PMHS Project initiatives.
- Conduct regular field visits to inspect physical site progress.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative performance data.
- Verify data against approved work plans and PC-I targets.
- Maintain monitoring databases and assist in preparing periodic progress reports.
Requirements for Monitoring Assistant
Applicants for Monitoring Assistant must hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, or Business Public Administration with 3 years of professional experience in field monitoring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Business Public Administration.
- Experience: 3 years of professional experience in field monitoring, data collection, and progress tracking, preferably within public sector or Project initiatives.
- Other: Prior work experience and familiarity with field conditions in Balochistan are an added advantage.
