About Monitoring Officer
School Education Department Balochistan is hiring for the post of Monitoring Officer (1 post) in All Over Balochistan.
The Monitoring Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating project performance, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing progress reports for the PMHS Project.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance and progress.
- Conduct performance assessments and collect relevant data.
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
- Provide oversight for project activities to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements for Monitoring Officer
Applicants for Monitoring Officer must hold a Master's degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Public Administration, Development Studies, Business Administration, or Project Management with three to five years of relevant experience.
- Education: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Public Administration, Development Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, or any other relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Qualifications: Additional qualifications or certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), project management, or data analysis are preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in project monitoring, evaluation, performance assessment, data collection and analysis, progress reporting, or oversight.
- Sector Experience: Experience in a public-sector organization, government project, donor-funded program, or reputable private-sector organization.
