- A non-refundable processing fee of PKR 5000/- must be paid in favor of "The Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi" in the form of a Bank Draft against FTN No. 9022136-5.
- Affix three most recent passport-size photographs (blue background) on each application.
- Applications complete in all respects, along with necessary documents, must reach the "Office of the Registrar, Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi, 6 th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi" by post only.
- The deadline for submission of applications is October 6, 2026. No applications will be accepted by hand.
