Eligibility and Qualifications

Assistant Manager GIS (BS-17)

Applicants for Assistant Manager GIS must hold a Bachelor’s degree in GIS/Geomatics with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Education: At least 2nd class Bachelor’s degree in GIS/Geomatics.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in GIS/Geomatics.
• Skills: Sound understanding of Land Record Computerization / Settlement Operations (preferred).
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

GIS Associate (SPP)

Candidates for GIS Associate are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in GIS/Geomatics from an HEC recognized university.

• Education: At least 2nd class Bachelor’s degree in GIS/Geomatics from an HEC recognized University.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

This is a project-based contractual position within the Settlement and Digitization of Land Record Merged Districts initiative in the Merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Personal Assistant (BS-16)

For the Personal Assistant role, a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience and specific skills are necessary.

• Education: At least 2nd class Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum three years’ relevant experience.
• Skills: Shorthand speed of 40/45 words per minute and Computer Knowledge.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

Surveyor (SPP)

The Surveyor position requires a DAE Civil Diploma and a good understanding of surveying technologies.

• Education: At least 2nd class DAE Civil Diploma from a recognized institute.
• Skills: Sound understanding of GPS/GNSS technology. Preference will be given to candidates registered with the Survey of Pakistan.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials, subject to detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority. Ineligible candidates will be disqualified.
• All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website. Before applying/depositing the fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, applications will not be processed.
• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened further based on eligibility criteria.
• Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
• Appointments are purely on a contract basis until the project’s completion, as per project policy.
• All posts are project-based and will be abolished automatically upon project completion.
• Pay packages will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
• Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria by the application deadline.
• Applications received after the due date or those with fake documents/information will not be entertained and will be rejected at any stage.
• Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
• Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
• For foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
