Eligibility and Qualifications

Assistant Program Manager HR Skills (PPS-08)

Applicants for Assistant Program Manager HR Skills must hold a minimum of 16 years of education and possess relevant experience in HR development or project management.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.
• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or IT.
• Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Development, project management, or capacity development projects. Preference will be given to candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience.

Research Consultant (PPS-08)

Candidates for Research Consultant should have a strong academic background and extensive professional experience in research and strategic management, particularly within the IT industry.

• Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years.
• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Management Sciences, Economics, Research, Public Policy, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in managing PSDP programs focused on marketing research, survey reports, data analytics, and strategic management. The incumbent must have an understanding of market trends related to the IT industry, branding and campaigns, and consumer behavior. Preference will be given to candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience.

Assistant Program Officer- HR Skills (PPS-07)

For the Assistant Program Officer- HR Skills role, applicants need a minimum of 16 years of education and at least two years of experience in administration or project management.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.
• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or IT.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of overall experience in administration, document management, project management, or capacity development projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in PSDP projects.
