About Assistant Program Manager HR Skills
Pakistan Software Export Board is hiring for the post of Assistant Program Manager HR Skills (2 posts) in Islamabad.
The Assistant Program Manager HR Skills will be responsible for managing and contributing to Human Resource Development, project management, and capacity development initiatives under the PSDP Project "Revamping of IT Industry Landscape" on a contract basis.
Requirements for Assistant Program Manager HR Skills
Applicants for Assistant Program Manager HR Skills must hold a minimum of 16 years of education and possess relevant experience in HR development or project management.
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or IT.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Development, project management, or capacity development projects.
- Preference: Will be given to candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience.
