Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position as detailed below. All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years relevant post-qualification professional experience, including at least 05 years in a senior leadership/management position in a public-sector entity, autonomous body, company, educational/health/rehabilitation institution or comparable organization.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience in institutional governance, strategic planning, HR, financial/administrative management and stakeholder coordination.

Director Clinical & Therapeutic Services

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Applied Behavior Analysis, Public Health or closely relevant clinical/rehabilitation discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years in a supervisory/managerial role in autism, developmental disabilities, rehabilitation, mental health, special education or multidisciplinary clinical services.
• Other: Valid professional registration/licensing, where applicable.

Director Education & Programs

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership/Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, Curriculum & Instruction or relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years in a supervisory/leadership role in education/special education, inclusive education, programme management, curriculum, vocational/life-skills or disability services.

Director Finance, Accounts & Budget

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or Economics; OR CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent recognized professional qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, treasury, financial reporting and internal controls, including at least 03 years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Experience in public-sector/company financial management, IFRS, audit and Government financial procedures preferred.

Company Secretary / Head Legal & Corporate Affairs

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Finance or Corporate Governance, with requisite eligibility under applicable Companies Act/SECP requirements.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in corporate governance, Board/committee secretariat, statutory compliance, company law, SECP filings, legal coordination and corporate records, including at least 03 years in a senior corporate secretarial/governance role.

Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Psychology, Special Education, Education, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years in a supervisory/managerial role in quality assurance, safeguarding, research, M&E, education, health, disability or social-sector programmes.
• Other: Training/certification in safeguarding/child protection or quality assurance preferred.

Director HR & Administration

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in HR management, establishment, administration, recruitment, performance management and service matters, including at least 03 years in a managerial role.

Admin Officer

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years relevant post-qualification experience in administration, HR operations, establishment, office management, coordination or records management.

Procurement & Contracts Officer

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years relevant post-qualification experience in procurement planning, tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, vendor management and procurement record keeping.
• Other: PPRA/procurement training preferred.

ICT / MIS & Records Officer

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years relevant post-qualification experience in ICT systems, MIS, data management/governance, networks, information security, digital records or institutional IT support.

Clinical Coordinator / Case Management Lead

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or relevant clinical/rehabilitation discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years relevant post-qualification experience in autism/developmental disabilities, rehabilitation or multidisciplinary clinical services, including case coordination, clinical scheduling, care plans and multidisciplinary case conferences.
• Other: Valid professional registration, where applicable.

Education & Inclusion Lead

• Education: Master’s/MS/MPhil in Special Education, Education, Educational Leadership, Psychology or related discipline; 18 years education preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years relevant post-qualification experience in special/inclusive education, preferably involving autistic children or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Skills: Experience in IEP development, teacher supervision, differentiated instruction and multidisciplinary working.

Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Career Counselling, Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years relevant post-qualification experience in vocational training, life-skills development, transition planning, supported employment, community/family outreach or disability services.
• Other: Direct experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
