About Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead
Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company is hiring for the post of Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead will develop and implement vocational training and life skills programs, and manage community outreach initiatives for CEASDC in Islamabad, on a contract basis.
- Design and deliver life-skills development and transition planning programs.
- Facilitate supported employment and community/family outreach.
- Work directly with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities.
Requirements for Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead
Applicants for Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead must hold a Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline with experience in vocational training and community outreach.
- Education: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Career Counselling, Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years relevant post-qualification experience in vocational training, life-skills development, transition planning, supported employment, community/family outreach or disability services.
- Other: Direct experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
