About Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E
Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company is hiring for the post of Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E will lead initiatives related to quality assurance, child protection, research, and monitoring & evaluation for CEASDC in Islamabad, on a contract basis.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and safeguarding policies.
- Oversee research activities and monitoring & evaluation frameworks.
- Manage programs in education, health, disability, or social sectors.
Requirements for Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E
Applicants for Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related discipline with significant experience in quality assurance and research.
- Education: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Psychology, Special Education, Education, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years in a supervisory/managerial role in quality assurance, safeguarding, research, M&E, education, health, disability or social-sector programmes.
- Other: Training/certification in safeguarding/child protection or quality assurance preferred.
