Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position. General conditions include:

• Manager IT/MIS: MS-CS or 18-year education in Computer Science/IT with at least 7 years of experience in Oracle database management, networking, and ERP implementation in hospitals.
• Manager Operation Theater: MBBS or equivalent, or Bachelor’s in Nursing/BS Surgical Anesthesia/Intensive Care, with 6 years of experience, including 2 years as OT supervisor/head.
• Manager Biomedical Engineering: BSC/B.E in Biomedical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering (PEC registered) with 6 years of experience in a 200-bed hospital, including 1 year at manager level.
• Nursing Manager: MS Nursing (5 years experience), BSN/Post RN-BSN with Master’s equivalence (6 years experience), or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (7 years experience), all including 2 years as RN-III/Head Nurse. BLS/ACLS/PALS certification is mandatory.
• Laundry Supervisor: BS or equivalent (HEC/PEC recognized) or Bachelor’s with Associate Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, with 5 years of experience as Laundry Manager/Sterilization Assistant.
• Receptionist: BS (Honors) in Mass Communication/English or relevant subjects, with at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
• Incinerator Operator: Associate diploma/certificate in the relevant field with at least 2 years of experience as an incinerator operator.
• Autoclave Operator: Specialized Diploma in sterilization with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Plumber: Matriculation or Middle school pass, preferably literate, with 1-3 years of plumbing experience.
• CCTV Camera Operator: SSC pass with a minimum of 3 years of CCTV maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Security Guard: Retired Sepoy/Naik/Havildar from Pakistan Armed Forces OR SSC pass with 2 years of relevant security experience. Preference for local candidates.
