About Director HR & Administration
Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company is hiring for the post of Director HR & Administration (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Director HR & Administration will be responsible for all human resource and administrative functions at CEASDC in Islamabad, on a contract basis.
- Manage HR policies, recruitment, and performance management.
- Oversee establishment, administration, and service matters.
- Ensure efficient HR operations and administrative support.
Requirements for Director HR & Administration
Applicants for Director HR & Administration must hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline with extensive experience in HR and administration.
- Education: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in HR management, establishment, administration, recruitment, performance management and service matters, including at least 03 years in a managerial role.
