About Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company is hiring for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management for the Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company (CEASDC) in Islamabad, on a contract basis.
- Oversee institutional governance and strategic planning.
- Manage HR, financial, and administrative operations.
- Ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
Requirements for Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Applicants for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) must hold a Master's degree with extensive senior leadership experience.
- Education: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences or Finance from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years relevant post-qualification professional experience, including at least 05 years in a senior leadership/management position in a public-sector entity, autonomous body, company, educational/health/rehabilitation institution or comparable organization.
- Skills: Demonstrated experience in institutional governance, strategic planning, HR, financial/administrative management and stakeholder coordination.
