Job Overview

Responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the overall profitability and efficient management of the Company, including effective controls in financial and other matters, under the oversight and directions of the Board of Directors.
• Presenting strategic business plans and policies to the Board for approval and their subsequent implementation. This includes proper HR Management and utilization, ensuring optimal use of funds and organizational resources in accordance with statutory obligations.
• Overseeing the Company’s business operations in compliance with the SOE Act, Companies Act, 2017, the Memorandum and Article of Association, and other applicable instructions/policies issued by the Government / SECP from time to time.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Education:

• A graduate degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Bachelor’s of Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing from a reputable HEC recognized University.
• Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years spent in a senior management position.
• Candidates should demonstrate previous experience in implementing technology/skill development initiatives that have successfully enhanced productivity and competitiveness in specific sectors.

Age Limit

Applicants must not be above 62 years of age at the time of application submission.

Pay Package & Contract

TUSDEC offers a congenial professional environment along with a competitive remuneration package that will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years, as per company rules.
