Post-Wise Details and Eligibility Criteria
Deputy Director (Environment)
- Qualification: Preferably Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences / Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably 10 years’ experience in environmental assessments, ADB’s Safeguards Policy Statement (SPS) 2009, and experience with foreign-funded projects or international organizations.
Communication Specialist
- Qualification: Preferably Master’s degree in media relations, journalism, public affairs, public administration or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably 10 years in public relations, communications, social media, and knowledge support, with at least 5 years in gender-inclusive communications. Experience with foreign-funded projects or international organizations is preferred.
Gender Specialist
- Qualification: Preferably Master’s degree in Social Sciences or another relevant field.
- Experience: Preferably more than 10 years in Gender, with an advantage for ADB or other international foreign-funded project implementation experience.
Deputy Director (Technical Content / Curriculum)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Education, Public Policy, or a suitable discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years in curriculum development, specifically technical content. Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and experience in public policy development are required.
Deputy Director (Contract Management and M&E)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a suitable discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years in Procurement, Contract Management, and/or Monitoring & Evaluation. Experience with ADB procedures is an advantage.
Deputy Director (Digital Platform / Technical Coordinator)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Education, International Development, Business Administration, IT, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field. Master’s degree holders are preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years in international development programs, technical project management, and software system deployment, with experience in user-centered design and database systems.
Assistant Director (Civil)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. Master’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Preferably 8 years in managing projects in lead positions, with experience in foreign-funded projects or international organizations.
Assistant Director (Social Safeguard)
- Qualification: Preferably Master’s degree in social sciences or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably 8 years in resettlement planning and implementation, especially for projects financed by multilateral institutions. Working experience in the Punjab region is preferred.
Assistant Director (Technical Content)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Education, Public Policy, or a suitable discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 8 years in curriculum development, specifically technical content. Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and experience in public policy development are required.
Assistant Director (Monitoring & Evaluation – Civil Works)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. Master’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Preferably 5 years as an M&E Specialist / reporting specialist for major infrastructure projects.
Assistant Director (Curriculum)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering disciplines. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 8 years in curriculum development, preferably in the public sector. Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and experience in public policy development are required.
Computer Operator / Office Assistant
- Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A with a 6-month Certificate in Computer.
- Experience: Preferably Experienced.
Driver
- Qualification: Primary pass with a valid Driving License (issued after 2015).
- Experience: Preferably Experienced.
Office Boy / Dispatch Runner
- Qualification: Primary pass with a valid Driving License (issued after 2015).
- Experience: Preferably Experienced.
Important Instructions
- All appointments will be made purely on a contract basis.
- ADB’s policies regarding Anti-corruption and Ethics shall be applicable.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and interview.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
