PTUT is seeking highly motivated individuals for Visiting Faculty positions across a wide range of disciplines. The minimum qualification requirements vary based on the program level:

For DAE Programs

• Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 Years) in the relevant field.
• Required Fields: Electronics Technology, Civil Technology, Electrical Technology, Physics, Management, Mathematics, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mechanical Technology.

For Undergraduate Programs

• Minimum Qualification: MS/M.Phil (18 Years) in the relevant field.
• Required Fields: Mathematics, Islamic Studies, English, Physics, Economics, Civic and Community Engagement/Professional Ethics/Sociology, Accounting, Finance, Management Science, Marketing, Statistics, Software Engineering Technology (with expertise in Information Technology Skills, Computer Programming, Database Systems, Software Requirements and Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, Software Modeling Technologies, Computer Networking Technologies, Software Project Management, Information Security, Object Oriented Programming), Fashion Design Technology.

Terms & Conditions

Applicants should be aware of the following terms and conditions:

1. Preference will be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications.
2. Hiring for these positions will be on a purely temporary basis.
3. Visiting faculty will receive monthly remuneration, subject to tax, as follows:
   • Rs. 60,000/- for candidates with 16 years of education.
   • Rs. 75,000/- for candidates with 18 years of education.
   This remuneration is for a workload of at least 12 lectures or more per week. If the workload is less than 12 lectures per week, remuneration will be paid at the approved rates per lecture by the University.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
