Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be residents of the relevant district (Gujrat) and hold a valid domicile.
• Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sanitation and cleaning within a hospital environment.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The appointments will be purely on a temporary basis for a period of 89 days through the Health Council and will not lead to permanent employment.
• Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit, according to the prevailing policies and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• Candidates must present their original CNIC, educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted at the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• If any information or document provided by the candidate is found to be false or fake at any stage, the application/appointment will be canceled.
• Wages/remuneration will be paid through cross-check or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved method.
• Selected staff will be responsible for performing sanitation duties and other related tasks assigned by the hospital administration as per requirement.
• Selected candidates are required to register on the hospital’s biometric system and mark daily attendance.
• Salary payments will be linked solely to the biometric system. Continuous absence for two days without biometric attendance will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be dismissed from service without prior notice.
