Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Chishtian must meet the following criteria:

• Domicile: Applicants must be residents of Bahawalnagar District.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit for the job.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in cleaning and sanitation work, especially within a hospital environment.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• This recruitment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council. It does not grant any right to permanent employment or regularisation.
• The recruitment process will be conducted strictly on merit, following the policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• Candidates must present their original CNIC, educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application or to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Any false information or forged documents found at any stage will lead to the cancellation of candidature/appointment.
• Selected candidates will be required to perform duties as assigned by the hospital administration based on necessity.
• Attendance will be marked through a biometric system, and salary payments will be linked to biometric attendance. Continuous absence for two days without notification will result in termination.
• In case of unsatisfactory performance or any complaint, the employee may be terminated without prior notice.
