Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following criteria:

• Candidates must be residents and domiciled in the concerned district (Okara).
• Must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital cleaning.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not grant any right to permanent appointment or service. These appointments are not against any sanctioned posts.
• Recruitment will be conducted on merit as per the prevailing policy and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• The authorized selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process as per rules.
• Selected candidates will be appointed in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will be required to perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the interview or selection process.
• If any information or documents provided at any stage are found to be false or fake, the candidate’s application or appointment will be canceled.
• Wages/remuneration will be paid only through cross-check or bank account as per government-prescribed rates and approved methods.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform relevant duties assigned by the administration as per hospital cleanliness and requirements.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and mark daily attendance. Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system; without it, absence will be assumed. In case of continuous two days of absence, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
