Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be residents of the concerned district (Layyah) and hold a valid domicile.
• Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital cleaning.
• The age limit for applicants is up to 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The recruitment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not create any right for permanent appointment or employment. This recruitment is not against any sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be done strictly on merit as per the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted to the concerned hospital/institution as per requirement and will be assigned duties accordingly.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be false or fake, the application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid through cross-check or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved method.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties related to hospital cleaning and other tasks assigned by the administration as per requirement.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and ensure daily attendance.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system; absence without biometric registration will be considered unauthorized absence. Continuous unauthorized absence for two days will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be terminated without prior notice.
