Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following general eligibility requirements:

• Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital cleaning.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.
• Applicants must be residents and domicile holders of the concerned district (Sargodha).

Important Instructions and Conditions

• The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council.
• This temporary appointment will not create any right for permanent employment or appointment against any sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be strictly on merit, following the prevailing policy guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The authorized selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be appointed in the relevant hospital as per requirement and must perform assigned duties related to hospital cleanliness and other tasks by the administration.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• If any information or document provided by the candidate at any stage is found to be false or fake, the application/appointment will be immediately cancelled.
• Wages/remuneration will be paid only through cross-check or bank account at the government’s prescribed rate and approved method.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and ensure daily attendance.
• Salary payment is linked solely to the biometric system; absence will be assumed without it. Continuous two days of absence will lead to dismissal from employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
