Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the ITS Specialist (Individual Consultant) position must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Transport Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) projects.
• Experience in ITS systems planning, implementation, coordination, or management.
• Experience in BRT operational systems and integration activities.
• Familiarity with Passenger Information Systems, OCC-AVM-AFC, communication, contractor, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with projects funded by international financial institutions such as the World Bank and ADB is preferred.
