Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following general eligibility criteria:

• Only candidates possessing the prescribed educational qualifications are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must be local/domicile holders of the Lasbela district.
• The upper age limit for all positions is 55 years.
• Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
• Appointments will be made strictly under the Balochistan Adhoc Teaching Staff Recruitment Policy 2026.
• Vacancies are advertised based on verified information from the District Education Officer, Lasbela. No changes to the advertised positions will be accepted.
• The detailed list of vacant positions by school is available on the School Education Department’s job portal.
• Merit lists for urban areas will be based on Municipal Corporation/Committee limits, while for rural areas, they will be based on Union Council limits.
• Disabled individuals with a valid disability certificate from the Social Welfare Department are eligible to apply, provided their disability does not hinder their teaching ability.
• Verification of all educational degrees and certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or relevant recognized bodies is mandatory. Applications with unverified or fake documents will be rejected, and legal action will be taken.
• The merit list will be effective for a single recruitment cycle only.
• Married female candidates can apply based on their husband’s local/domicile. If the husband’s name is not on the domicile, a NADRA-issued computerized marriage certificate linked to the husband’s CNIC must be provided. Otherwise, the application will be rejected for false declaration.
• Domicile will be determined based on the local/domicile address mentioned on the CNIC.
• The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all positions without assigning any reason.
• Adhoc appointments will not exceed one year and may be terminated earlier.
