Legal Advisor (Male/Female)

The Royal Palm Golf & Country Club is seeking one dedicated and experienced Legal Advisor. This role is crucial for ensuring legal compliance and providing expert advice across various club operations.

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification:
  • Ph.D. in Law with a minimum of 05 years of professional experience, OR
  • Masters in Law (L.L.M, Barrister / Solicitor) with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience:
  • Post-qualification legal experience is required, preferably in corporate, civil, labour, property, service, and contract law.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large organizations, clubs, autonomous bodies, or corporate entities.
  • Demonstrated excellent drafting, litigation management, negotiation, and legal advisory skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani laws, labour laws, corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to represent or coordinate with external counsel in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.
  • Experience in handling labour, service, property, contractual, and corporate legal matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Fluency in English and local languages will be considered an asset.
• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
