PEIMA is seeking applications for the following positions:

Post-Wise Details and Eligibility Criteria

1. Director (HR & Admin)

This role involves leading human resource and administrative functions within PEIMA, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with organizational policies.

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years’ education in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration (MPA), Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities from HEC recognized national or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
• Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of developing and implementing HR policies, service rules, and disciplinary frameworks. Experience in leading organizational restructuring, workforce planning, managing legal matters, court cases, regulatory compliance, performance management system design and implementation, administrative operations, asset management, and procurement oversight is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector.

2. Director (Partnership & Collaboration)

The Director (Partnership & Collaboration) will be responsible for fostering strategic alliances and mobilizing resources for PEIMA’s initiatives.

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
• Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of resource mobilization and fundraising from donors (bilateral, multilaterals) and corporate sector (CSR). Experience in developing and managing institutional partnerships and MoUs, strategic communication, branding, media relations, stakeholder engagement and advocacy, proposal writing and donor reporting is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

3. Director (Academics & Research)

This position focuses on academic excellence, curriculum development, and research initiatives to enhance educational quality.

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Education Planning, Research, or Curriculum Development, Management Sciences and Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
• Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of Research /Curriculum design, review, and alignment with national standards, educational research methodologies and impact assessment, Teacher professional development and capacity building. Experience in academic quality assurance, school improvement frameworks, policy analysis and evidence-based reform is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

4. Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

The Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) will oversee the monitoring and evaluation frameworks for PEIMA’s programs to ensure effectiveness and accountability.

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences MIS, Mathematics from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
• Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of developing & designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs. Experience in developing KPIs, logical frameworks, data collection tools, managing centralized data systems, ensuring data integrity, conducting impact evaluations and third-party verifications, and reporting to donors and senior management is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

5. Chief Audit Officer

The Chief Audit Officer will be responsible for internal audit, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial and administrative regulations.

• Qualification: ACCA/ICMA/CA or Minimum 16 years of Education in the field of Finance, Accounting or Commerce or equivalent from HEC recognized national or foreign University.
• Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors specifically in internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Experience in conducting risk-based internal audits, evaluating internal controls, suggesting improvements, ensuring compliance with financial and administrative rules, investigating financial irregularities, and preparing audit reports is required. Liaising with external auditors (AG Office) and experience in dealing with Medium to High Revenue projects/programs/reporting requirements, disbursement procedures, submission of withdrawal application, maintenance of Special Drawing Accounts and Government accounting procedures shall be given preference.

6. Assistant Director (Training & QAT)

This role supports the development and implementation of training programs and quality assurance initiatives.

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
• Experience: At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/ private sectors of organizing training workshops and events, maintaining training attendance records and data basis, assisting in the development of training materials, and compiling training data for reports. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possesses sound knowledge of the education sector.
